Frequently Asked Questions
We kindly ask that you submit your RSVP by May 1st, so we can finalize our numbers and seating charts with our vendors.
The dress code for our wedding is formal—long dresses and suits. Out of respect for Catholic church tradition, we kindly ask that guests opt for modest formal attire, such as covering shoulders or bringing a light shawl. Whether you attend mass regularly or this is your first time, our goal is for everyone to feel comfortable and welcomed into this sacred tradition with us. For footwear, we recommend formal shoes for the church ceremony. For the reception at the ranch, there will be some natural terrain and dirt pathways, so you may want to wear stable heels, wedges, or bring a comfortable pair of flats to change into for dancing!
Although we love babies, we do not recommend bringing the little ones.
Please keep in mind that the wedding ceremony will be a full traditional Catholic mass.
In addition, the reception celebrations will likely go on late, and be held in a very large open-range space.
If you do decide to bring your little one, because our wedding mass will be recorded, we ask that all excessive noise be taken outside during the ceremony. To ensure we have adequate space to celebrate comfortably with everyone we hold dear, we can only accommodate guests formally named on the invitation. If your invitation included a guest, it will appear on the envelope and when you RSVP.
Our traditional Catholic wedding mass will be held at our church in Poway and will run for approximately an hour and a half. Following the ceremony and a brief gap, we will head over to our family ranch in Escondido for the reception. For addresses and location, please check your RSVP or the Hotels, Venues, & Visit tab above.
We recommend arriving at the church about 30 minutes before (1:30pm) the ceremony begins (at 2:00pm) to allow plenty of time for parking and finding your seat.
The wedding mass will be indoors at the church. The reception at the ranch will primarily be outdoors, with some indoor spaces available as well.
Parking is available in the dedicated parking lot at the church. When you arrive at the reception, valet parking will be provided.

If any questions come up as you're preparing for the big day, please feel free to message us (or our parents!) directly.
